★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cobertura, onde fica o salão de festas é bem ventilada e chega muita luz. Infelizmente a vista para o mar é bloqueada por mais construções e prédios logo na frente par ao oceano. Isso tra o prazer e a beleza do prédio. Os apartamentos são pequenos.
The roof, where the ballroom is, is well ventilated and lots of light arrives. Unfortunately the view to the sea is blocked by more constructions and buildings just in front of the ocean. This brings the pleasure and beauty of the building. The apartments are small.
