★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estacionamento não é caro, ao contrario, é o mais em conta da região! O custo para manter esse estacionamento é muito alto! São 4 colabradores somente para controle do estacionamento! Deveriam reclamar dos impostos que são cobrados pela prefeitura e pelo governo do estado, por isso tudo custa tão caro! SE TIRAR AS TAXAS PAGAS POR IMPOSTOS, TERIAMOS CONDIÇOES DE DIMINUIR E MUITO O CUSTO DE TUDO! Quanto ao controle de acesso é necessário para segurança! Qual é o predio privado em salvador que não dispões de um sistema de controle de acesso! Quanto a tolerência, consultem a LEI, pois não existe obrigatóriedade de tolerância para estacionamento, fazemos como forma de agradar o cliente e não porque somos obrigados! Nos empenhamos sim, para atender da melhor forma, porém regras são necessárias em qualquer lugar!
Parking is not expensive, on the contrary, it is the cheapest in the region! The cost to maintain this parking lot is very high! There are 4 employees only for parking control! They should complain about the taxes that are collected by the city hall and the state government, that's why everything is so expensive! IF YOU REMOVE THE FEES PAID FOR TAXES, WE WOULD HAVE A CONDITION TO DECREASE AND MUCH THE COST OF EVERYTHING! As for access control is necessary for security! What is the private building in Salvador that doesn't have an access control system! As for tolerance, consult the LAW, as there is no mandatory tolerance for parking, we do it as a way to please the customer and not because we are obliged! We do strive to serve you in the best way, but rules are needed anywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situação ridícula e desrespeitosa com os visitantes : 5 minutos de tolerância para o estacionamento, a pessoa precisa pegar 1 documento e é obrigada a responder um questionário para liberar a catraca. Pura palhaçada desnecessária e ainda contribue para o enriquecimento sem causa da empresa que "administra " o estacionamento. Eles pensam em tudoooo menos em como preservar os clientes/visitantes!!! Não recomendo!!!
Ridiculous and disrespectful situation with visitors: 5 minutes of tolerance for parking, the person needs to pick up 1 document and is obliged to answer a questionnaire to release the turnstile. Pure unnecessary clowning and also contributes to the unjust enrichment of the company that "manages" the parking lot. They think of everything but how to preserve customers/visitors!!! I do not recommend!!!
