Porem com 4 atendentes na bancada, só 1 estava atendendo eu e outro rapaz, e atendendo 2 celulares, sem tem outros 3 no computador, não podem parar 5 minutos para atender outro cliente?
Necessário uma reformulação nesse primeiro atendimento.

However with 4 attendants on the bench, only 1 was attending me and another guy, and attending 2 cell phones, without having 3 others on the computer, can't you stop 5 minutes to attend another client?
A reformulation in this first service is necessary.
