It leaves a lot to be desired , the service is not that good , until the snack is good but it takes a while to finalize the order .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente demorou 2h30min para o lanche chegar. Quando fez 2h de espera perguntei se ainda iria demorar e a atendente simplesmente parou de responder, visualizava e não respondia. Quando chegou um dos lanches estava sem carne o refrigerante estava quente... Parecia que tinha acabado de sair da prateleira do supermercado.
Mas o pior mesmo foi o antedimento, entenderia se tivesse com problemas técnicos, mas nada justifica o comportamento da atendente.
It simply took 2h30min for the snack to arrive. When he had a 2 hour wait I asked if it would still take time and the attendant simply stopped responding, visualized and did not respond. When one of the snacks arrived, it was meatless and the soda was hot... It looked like it had just come off the supermarket shelf.
But the worst thing was the service, I would understand if I had technical problems, but nothing justifies the behavior of the attendant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, meu lanche veio errado, pedi o valor de diferença de volta e não enviaram. A moça que atende demora muito pra responder, preferi desistir de pegar meu dinheiro. Não recomendo.
Bad service, my snack came wrong, I asked for the difference back and they didn't send it. The girl who answers takes a long time to respond, I preferred to give up taking my money. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanchonete ótima, lanches perfeitos, vou frequentemente ao local, e realmente é uma lanchonete diferente de outras, em questão de lanches super gostosos e com o preço justo, peca somente no atendimento que as vezes demora mais de 30 minutos para ser entregue e geralmente quando entregam o lanche vem primeiro a batata frita aí depois entregam o hambúrguer e depois o refrigerante.
Great snack bar, perfect snacks, I go to the place often, and it really is a snack bar different from others, in terms of super delicious snacks and with a fair price, it only sins in the service that sometimes takes more than 30 minutes to be delivered and usually when they deliver the snack, the fries come first, then they deliver the hamburger and then the soda.
