★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este condomínio possui ótimo apartamentos,e o salão de festa ainda meio acabado por falta de limpezas após o acontecimento de tais eventos ,e por fim fui ver a área de recreação do prédio avistei uma piscina a qual estava sendo reformada ,o síndico do prédio me avisou que no meio do ano a piscina já poderia ser utilizada, mias depois de visitar meus avôs que moram no prédio estes me disseram que já faz mais de 2 anos e a piscina ainda continua não terminada,além da grosseria a qual vi o síndico falar com os funcionários do prédio que estavam fazendo apenas o seu trabalho.
This condo has great apartments, and the party room is still half finished for lack of cleaning after such events, and finally I went to see the recreation area of the building spotted a pool that was being renovated, the building manager me warned that by the middle of the year the pool could be used, but after visiting my grandfathers who live in the building they told me that it has been over 2 years and the pool is still unfinished, besides the rudeness I saw the liquidator speak with the building staff who were just doing their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio possui bons apartamentos e área de convivência, mas o barulho (tanto do trânsito quanto dos próprios moradores) é insuportável. Pra quem procura um local tranquilo para morar, este com certeza não é a melhor opção! Vizinhos barulhentos e mal educados! (obviamente existem exceções)
The condominium has good apartments and a living area, but the noise (both from traffic and residents) is unbearable. For those looking for a quiet place to live, this is certainly not the best option! Noisy and rude neighbors! (obviously there are exceptions)
