E as vezes demora um pouco a entrada pela garagem de carros onde se passa com os caiderantes e bicicletas dificultando o acesso rápido ao condomínio
Mas em si o condomínio é excelente para quem mora lá , e os funcionários são bons funcionários nota 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os porteiros são excelentes ,tds as vezes q fomos, sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos,uma pena não terem mais vagas de garagem de acordo com a quantidade de apartamentos, o esquema é de vaga rotativa ,mais podemos contar com o auxílio dos porteiros nessa hora,sempre q possível voltaremos ?

Outro ponto positivo é a localização: de frente para praia do Boqueirão que está própria para banho. Supermercado Carrefour Bairro, Extra e farmácias. É localizado no ponto alto, bares, shows e tudo que você precisa para ter dias de descanso na beira da praia.
The building is a bit old, but the staff are so attentive it's a pleasure to see.
