★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um condomínio como qq outro, com pessoas amistosas, algumas nem tanto e outras não sei se é falta de educação ou se engoliram algum rei. Um regimento interno que fere frontalmente o código civel. Mas muito bem localizado, limpo e afinal das contas. Quem vai dar trela para vizinho?
A condo like any other, with friendly people, some not so much and others I don't know if it's impolite or if they swallowed some king. An internal regiment that directly violates the civil code. But very well located, clean and after all. Who will give a lead to a neighbor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aptos grandes, mas o prédio é antigo e com certeza pisos e azulejos estarão soltos. Mas a manutenção do condomínio, serviços de portaria são ótimos, excetuando dois ou ttês funcionários pela má vontade e extrema falta de educação.
Large apartments, but the building is old and for sure floors and tiles will be loose. But the maintenance of the condominium, concierge services are excellent, except for two or three employees due to their ill will and extreme lack of manners.
