Sou vizinha desse prédio e no 9º andar há um cachorro que passa o dia inteiro preso na varandinha , faça chuva ou sol ...
Ele chora e late o dia inteiro talvez se sentindo sozinho .
Ontem , naquela tempestade , ele estava desesperado , ensopado e com medo.
Fora o perigo que ele corre , a varanda é só meio telada . Ele sobe no telhado da casinha e fica chorando e latindo ..

He cries and barks all day maybe feeling lonely.
Yesterday, in that storm, he was desperate, soaked and scared.
Apart from the danger he is in, the porch is only half screened. He climbs on the roof of the little house and keeps crying and barking ..
