★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca entrei no condomínio, mas trata-se de um prédio bem antigo. Foge ao padrão das edificações da orla do Cabo Branco, já que possui 8 andares, enquanto os demais não podem passar de 3. O oportunismo de ter sido edificado fora dos padrões acaba depondo contra o próprio prédio, que destoa completamente de todos da circunvizinhança.
Passando em frente percebe-se que falta conservação. Ter um edifício alto e mal conservado na orla da melhor praia de João Pessoa é lamentável.
I never entered the condominium, but it is a very old building. It differs from the standard of buildings on the edge of Cabo Branco, since it has 8 floors, while the others cannot exceed 3. The opportunism of having been built outside the standards ends up testifying against the building itself, which completely disagrees with everyone in the surrounding area.
Passing on, you realize that conservation is missing. Having a tall and poorly maintained building on the edge of the best beach in João Pessoa is unfortunate.

Construído na década de 60, ele tem uma visão privilegiada do mar do Cabo Branco, com o nascer do Sol bem nas suas janelas: lembrando que João Pessoa é a capital do país, onde o sol nasce primeiro.
O mar do Cabo Branco é uma delícia de se banhar, além da calçadinha que começa na ponta do Seixas e vai até o limite de Manaíra e o bairro do Bessa.
O edifício fica numa localização que o morador visualiza a Ponta do Seixas, que é o ponto mais oriental das Américas!
One of the first buildings on the coast of Cabo Branco, the Beira Mar Building is one of the few that exceeds the 5-storey house, which is allowed by the city's Master Plan.
