The Caribe Building is a residential condominium. It is very well located and the apartments facing the sea have an incredible view!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é uma maravilha, instalações impecáveis, mas ficarão melhores ainda, pois está em obras. Os funcionários são extremamente profissionais e cordiais. Tem uma área em comum fantástica, com o deck da piscina voltado para o mar, Ilha Porchat e Ponte Pênsil. A piscina é pequena, mas confortável e limpíssima.
The building is a marvel, impeccable facilities, but they will be even better, as it is under construction. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. It has a fantastic common area, with the pool deck facing the sea, Porchat Island and Suspension Bridge. The pool is small, but comfortable and very clean.
