★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio a primeira vista bem organizado e de pessoas educadas, mas com o tempo vai se percebendo que acontecem frequentes confusões e brigas de casais. Neste local moram muitas pessoas preconceituosas e fofoqueiras, nunca dizem na sua cara só pelas costas, na frente fingem ser suas amigas.
Apartamentos que parecem kitnets e casais que brigam e se estapeiam no corredor.
Na frente do prédio no dois de julho tem um ponto de fofoca que é a pracinha, se voce for é só tapar os ouvidos que terá paz.
Fiquei um mês e não recomendo, pessoas horriveis e falsas, que agem pelas suas costas. Dignas de pena.

Apartments that look like kitnets and couples who fight and slap each other in the hallway.
In front of the building on July 2 there is a gossip point that is the square, if you go, just cover your ears and you will have peace.
I stayed for a month and I don't recommend it, horrible and fake people who act behind your back. Worthy of pity.
