★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio antigo, passou recentemente por uma revitalização na faixada, mas, na minha opinião, ainda precisa dar uma repaginada nos processos. A recepção mesmo, possui uma visão antiquada para um empresarial. Não possui estacionamento, o que gera um desconforto pra quem visita/trabalha no local. Pela localização privilegiada, poderia ser muito melhor aproveitado.
 An old building, it has recently undergone a revitalization in the neighborhood, but, in my opinion, it still needs to give a new look to the processes. The reception itself, has an old-fashioned vision for a business. It does not have parking, which creates discomfort for those who visit / work on site. Due to its privileged location, it could be much better used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ida ao banco Itaú na parte de baixo. a fila fica no lado de fora. Atendimento meio devagar, acredito que por ter poucos atendentes.. mas houve tentativa de controle para manter o distanciamento das pessoas na fila.
Go to Itaú bank at the bottom. the queue is outside. Service a little slowly, I believe that because there are few attendants... but there was an attempt to control it to keep the distance from the people in the queue.

Ótima localização, porém, sem estacionamento, época de chuva a rua se transforma numa lagoa.
I had to go to the Itaú bank, I hope no one needs it, bad service!
Great location, however, no parking, rainy season the street turns into a pond.
