★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os apartamentos são confortáveis e possuem uma vista ampla para o mar e para a Praia de Iracema (conforme a foto anexada, tirada do 22° andar), porém não tem ar condicionado, não possuem choveiros com água aquecida e a localização é um pouco desfavorecida devido as condições de segurança.
