★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O apartamento é grande. Possui uma ampla área externa privilegiada, livre e bem ventilada, com piscina e churrasqueira. Também tem um grande salão de festas. Os funcionários são excelentes. Os apartamentos são antigos e a maioria precisa de reforma. Tem problemas com cupim e vazamento de água. As áreas comuns do prédio precisam de reforma, tais como escadas, hall de entrada e garagem.
