★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio uma delícia. Só tenho a dizer do zelador Zé que pelo amor de Deus trata o morador com deficiência feito bicho sendo que ele está ganhando para fazer o trabalho dele. Com ele mesmo já falou antes não ver a hora de sair do trabalho falta respeito com o próximo mesmo ele sendo gay ou negro ou deficiente!! Relato de um morador do condomínio Funchal ap 24. onde não à respeito pelo próximo mesmo ele sendo um deficiente físico. Zelador só trata bem quem ele chá que deve isso não inclui gays ou negros ou deficiente sendo que todos tem o mesmo direito de ir e vir ainda quando vc está pagando pelo o serviço que ele tem que fazer!! Lembro que o local e ótimo aptos prefeitos só mesmo o zelador que não tem amor pelo seu ganha pão trabalho e trabalho tenha amor é respeito pelo próximo faz o bem que ele vem Higo e Marcelo apto 24!!

Apesar de ser próximo da praia, e ser bonito, os proprietários não dão assistência quando algo ocorre. Disseram que todas as tomadas eram 110V, e queimei um ar condicionado por conta disso. Não ajudaram em nada.
O ap tem ventiladores, mas eles não dão conta do calor que é lá. Outros apartamentos ao lado possuem, e alugam também.
A geladeira é pequena e também possui a parte congelador menor ainda.
O filtro de água não deve ser limpo há muito tempo, pois de 8 pessoas que ficamos lá, 7 pegaram intoxicação após ingerir daquela água.
Não recomendo e nem retornarei para esse apartamento.

The ap has fans, but they do not account for the heat that is there. The other apartments next door have it, and they rent it too.
The refrigerator is small and also has the smaller freezer part yet.
The water filter should not be cleaned long ago, because of the 8 people who stayed there, 7 took poisoning after ingesting that water.
I would not recommend and will not return to this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo edifício fiquei em 2 apartamentos o primeiro que fique que não lembro o número era muito bom e era muito agradável, Já o segundo era o apartamento 42 que fazia muito tempo que não era alugado, e também era muito bom porém o outro era melhor pois a vista da janela era incrível já esse vista boa era só dá varanda mais não deixa de ser bem bonito e agradavel. O único problema e a síndica Jo, que alugou o apartamento pra gente ela meu que nós tratou como se fossemos vândalos, falando que se agente não limpasse o ap teríamos que pagar a limpeza sendo que ela disse que o valor que estávamos pagando a limpeza estava inclusa e foi um pouco ignorante, mais de resto e um ótimo local
