★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa localização, bem cuidado, com área verde bem harmoniosa e apartamentos com ótima ventilação cruzada. Duas vagas de garagem, acredito que todas elas cobertas e boa parte com acesso individualizado não necessitando tirar um carro para sair ou estacionar o outro.
Good location, well maintained, with a very harmonious green area and apartments with excellent cross ventilation. Two parking spaces, I believe that all of them are covered and a good part with individualized access, not needing to take out a car to go out or park the other.
