★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente localização, ótimo lugar para se morar (no coração do Umarizal) ou passar alguns dias. O prédio é antigo mas com um condomínio atuante, estando sempre em constantes melhoramentos. Prédio/condomínio foi recém reformado. Moradores são ótimos e a maioria são antigos, dando a sensação de ser uma grande família.
Excellent location, great place to live (in the heart of Umarizal) or spend a few days. The building is old but with an active condominium, always in constant improvement. Building / condominium was recently renovated. Residents are great and most are old, giving the feeling of being a big family.
