★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é estrategico. Os apartamentos amplos. Porém, possui uma "arquitetura antiga". Não possuem muitas areas comunitárias e amplas, exemplo piscina ou academia e há poucas vagas na garagem para os moradores. A segurança é uma questão delicada. Os elevadores cumprem com a funcionalidade, quando não estao parados para manutenção. A ultima reforma, foi modificação do hall e nada mais. O problema mais grave, falta de água, inclusive televisionado. Outro frequente, são motoqueiros, como algumas janelas ficam de frente pra rua, é SONORO o ronco do escapamento.
The location is strategic. The large apartments. However, it has an "old architecture". They do not have many community and large areas, for example a swimming pool or gym and there are few parking spaces for residents. Security is a sensitive issue. The elevators comply with the functionality, when they are not stopped for maintenance. The last renovation was modification of the hall and nothing more. The most serious problem, lack of water, including televised. Another frequent, they are bikers, as some windows face the street, SONORO is the snore of the exhaust.
