★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima vizinhança, ótimos funcionários. Uma ilha familiar em pleno centro do Recife. Perto de tudo: terminal de ônibus, lojas, mercado público, Recife Antigo etc. Só deixa a desejar em ainda não ter playground ou opções de lazer para crianças. Apartamentos duplex ou divididos.
Great neighborhood, great employees. A family island in the center of Recife. Close to everything: bus terminal, shops, public market, Recife Antigo etc. It only leaves something to be desired in having no playground or leisure options for children. Duplex or split apartments.

Hoje inteiramente residencial, está localizado num dos cartões postais do Recife e possui uma vista privilegiada do Recife Antigo e do Rio Beberibe.
One of the oldest buildings in the Santa Rita Pier region, opened in 1942, the modernist-inspired historic building has served as the base for the IAPI regional office. Today entirely residential, it is located in one of the postcards of Recife and has a privileged view of the Old Recife and the Beberibe River.
