São 111m² bem distribuídos, varanda, 2 por andar o que permite ventilação, 2 vagas de garagens que podem ser fila indiana ou lado a lado, gás encanado, inclusive para o banho, ninguém da conta de ninguém. Tínhamos muito barulho por causa de restaurantes. Mas, resolvemos.
I live in this building since 2005. Are 111sqm well distributed, balcony, 2 per floor allowing ventilation, 2 parking spaces that can be Indian queue or side by side, piped gas, including for the bath, nobody's business. We had a lot of noise because of restaurants. But, we decided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse edifício é um dos mais belos cartões postais da cidade inteira de São Luís porque do último andar você olha a ponte toda do São Francisco você ver a cidade em si muito lindo o panorama de lá os funcionários são de primeira fui lá a svc fiquei poucas horas mais lindo pensei um lugar arrojado bom de passar finais de semana se eu tivesse condições a minha moradia seria lá Mais condições poucas mais pra mim é o melhor funcionários excelentes amei tratam igual a todos não fazem diferença apesar que sou de categoria baixa mais mim trataram super bem pretendo voltar novamente
This building is one of the most beautiful postcards of the entire city of São Luís because from the top floor you look at the whole bridge of the São Francisco you see the city itself very beautiful the panorama from there the employees are first went there to svc I was few beautiful hours I thought a good place to spend weekends if I had conditions my house would be there More conditions few more for me is the best excellent employees loved the same treatment everyone does not make a difference although I am low category plus I treated I'm really good, I want to go back again.
