★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício sem porteiro,porém bem organizado e limpo,não tem piscina e o salão de jogos é bem fraquinho, ainda bem que fica há menos de 5 minutos da praia,porque o prédio não oferece nenhum lazer.
Building without a porter, but well organized and clean, it does not have a pool and the games room is very weak, even though it is less than 5 minutes from the beach, because the building does not offer any leisure.
