No mais, há elevadores amplos e modernos, ar condicionado central, seguranças dentro e no entorno do edifício, dentre outras funcionalidades que o distingue dos demais prédios no Centro do Rio de Janeiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com os trabalhadores externos, os que abastecem de suprimentos, mesmo com carga e descarga autorizado como na foto, a questão e que, dependendo da sala que vc vai entregar, vc pode ficar, em determinados plantões de vigilantes, alguns deixam, pq seguem a regra de carga e descarga, outros já acham que são donos do condomínio. Tendo que deixar a carga no chão e sair com o caminhão, não podendo esperar o final da entrega, daí quando tem algum problema com a nota, os ajudantes tem que sair com tudo e procurar o caminhão. Hoje dia 19/03/2020 por volta das 11hs, tinha um taxistas parado almoçando no local, pq ele podia ficar almoçando em local proibido e o carro de carga e descarga não?
Desrespeito, despreparado e discriminação por classes de trabalho, é o perfil da ADM do condomínio.
