★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O edifício tem uma boa estrutura com piscina e elevador exceto o estacionamento inferior que é apertando, fica de frente pro mar mas a praias de Maceió são poluídas principalmente o trio esgoto (Jatiúca, Ponta Verde e Pajuçara) com córregos expostos que vão direto para areia e consequentemente para o nosso oceano, fazendo quem more ou alugue para temporada no edifício Nautilus ou em outros edifícios que ficam na orla ou no bairro do trio esgoto se locomover para praias distantes.
The building has a good structure with pool and elevator except the lower parking lot which is squeezing, is facing the sea but the beaches of Maceió are mainly polluted the sewage trio (Jatiúca, Ponta Verde and Pajuçara) with exposed streams that go straight to the sand. and consequently to our ocean, making those who live or rent in the Nautilus building or other buildings that are on the waterfront or in the sewage trio neighborhood move to distant beaches.

Mas de resto é bem cuidado, porteiro 24h, peixes pra distrair por trás do elevador
Located on the corner requires great care when crossing the street to reach the beach
