★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo.... O Síndico se acha o dono do prédio, mora em sua cobertura, não paga o condomínio (que mais caro por ser cobertura, e o valor quem paga são os demais). O seu filho guarda o carro em vaga de outro apartamento que está vazio (o proprietário nem foi avisado), além de não usarem mascaras no andar do prédio e na academia. Recentemente colocou portaria eletrônica falando que iria reduzir os custos do condomínio, mas não alterou em nada. Onde está indo este dinheiro?
Melhorias porcas, somente gambiaras são feitas, pagas em valores altos e tendo que refazer de ano em ano.
