★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio em si é muito bem localizado, mas abandonado, muito lixo na parte interna, odores desagradáveis de esgoto, animais nocivos por conta de falta de limpeza e manutenção do prédio. Os corredores não possuem pontos para escoar água da chuva, que deixa tudo alagado quando chove forte.
 The building itself is very well located, but abandoned, a lot of garbage inside, unpleasant sewage odors, harmful animals due to the lack of cleaning and maintenance of the building. The corridors do not have points to drain rainwater, which leaves everything flooded when it rains heavily.
