★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De forma irregular, permitem obras e reformas serem feitas durante a madrugada impossibilitando os moradores de casas e predios vizinhos, de dormirem! Não respeitam a lei, vizinhos ou polícia, por diversas vezes já foi pedido que parem de permitir a execução de obras/reformas, durante a madruga, diga-se 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h da manhã. Conversar com os porteiros é inútil, e segundo o pessoal da portaria que é 24hrs, o responsável pelo condomínio está ciente das infrações, do incomodo que causa, sabe de todas as ilegalidades porem permite!
Obviamente tanto ele quanto os responsaveis pelas unidades que estão fazendo errado, devem morar bem longe do prédio e desfrutar de uma tranquila noite de sono, com certeza não permitiriam tais trastornos impedindo os proprios e suas famílias, de ter noites de sono!
O responsável pelo condomínio é um IRRESPONSÁVEL!
