★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O edifício é bom, sempre limpo, a portaria é bem gentil e prestativa... Em questão da pandemia que peca, pq os locatários continuam provocando aglomerações e não administram bem os horários de atendimento ao público, isso é bem ruim já que o edifício é bem pequeno
