Very beautiful building and apartments with excellent finishing. Excellent standard. Very well planned leisure area. There is no decoration in the lobby to make it look better and air conditioning in the gym. Excellent location.

Próximo ao centro, à unaerp, à avenida 13 de maio e ao estádio de futebol. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e um outro ponto importante é que na avenida existem locais de comida e posto de gasolina.
The building is looking very beautiful. Excellent location and a great development with several leisure options. It is certainly a fantastic place to live. Close to the center, unaerp, 13 de Maio avenue and the football stadium. The staff are very attentive and another important point is that on the avenue there are places for food and gas station.
