O prédio não tem síndico, não tem porteiro, valor do condomínio não condiz com o que é recebido...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os apartamentos são muito bons e a localização excelente. Porém, a imobiliária responsável não administra bem o condomínio, evitem passar por dores de cabeça morando aqui. Alguns pontos:
1 - Não tem zelador fixo, vindo uma pessoa limpar duas vezes na semana, não dá conta.
2 - Trocam de porteiros sem avisar os moradores.
3 - Em muitos momentos os ralos dos banheiros dos apartamentos tem fedor vindo da encanação.
4 - Não existem regras no condomínio e muitos moradores acabam fazendo barulho de obras ou até mesmo mudanças em horários não convencionais.
5 - Problemas nos apartamentos não são bem atendidos pela imobiliária que administra o condomínio e etc.
The apartments are very good and the location is excellent. However, the real estate responsible does not manage the condominium well, avoid going through headaches living here. Some points:

2 - They change doormen without notifying the residents.
