Os arquitetos resolveram todas as questões em duas grandes "caixas de sucrilhos", dispostas uma na frente da outra, de maneira a criar uma espécie de praça entre elas. A qualidade do térreo foi aumentada à medida que estas duas caixas foram suspensas sobre colunas, o que significa que quem está no térreo têm grandes ângulos de visão, sem obstáculos. Outra qualidade é que também não existem grandes obstáculos visuais ou desníveis entre a calçada da Av. Paulista e esta espécie de praça. Não há um muro, por exemplo. No térreo, há ainda uma comunicação visual bonita, com o nome de cada uma das torres, e uma exibição de técnica construtiva, à medida que duas marquises se sustentam sobre colunas muito finas, o que certamente demandou bons calculistas e execução cuidadosa. As fachadas destas duas caixas de sucrilhos também apresentam composição cuidadosa, com linhas retas e tratamento nas cores azul, marrom e branca. Tudo muito bem feito. Entrando nos apartamentos, chama atenção o tamanho das janelas, enormes, e a boa distribuição dos ambientes na planta. Os espaços são generosos. O conjunto foi recentemente tombado pelo órgão municipal de patrimônio, por sua alta qualidade arquitetônica.
Modernist icon, by Gasperini and Jacques Pilon, the building has great design quality. The architects solved all the questions in two large "cornflake boxes", placed in front of each other, in order to create a kind of square between them. The quality of the ground floor has been increased as these two boxes have been suspended over columns, which means that those on the ground floor have wide viewing angles, without obstacles. Another quality is that there are also no major visual obstacles or unevenness between the sidewalk of Av. Paulista and this kind of square. There is no wall, for example. On the ground floor, there is also a beautiful visual communication, with the name of each of the towers, and an exhibition of constructive technique, as two marquees are supported on very thin columns, which certainly required good calculators and careful execution. The façades of these two cornflakes boxes are also carefully composed, with straight lines and blue, brown and white treatment. Everything very well done. Entering the apartments, the size of the windows, huge, and the good distribution of the rooms in the plant draws attention. The spaces are generous. The ensemble was recently listed by the municipal heritage agency, for its high architectural quality.
