★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com certeza um dos piores lugares que já morei, um apartamento muito apertado e mal projetado, o estacionamento tem q ficar alternando e vc tem q deixar a chave do seu carro no carro pro carro de trás conseguir tirar o dele, fora que os apartamentos são muito grudados um no outro, tanto q no hall pra esperar o elevador do seu andar da pra ouvir oq acontece nos outros apartamentos, fora que alguns vizinhos são super inconvenientes e ficam jogando lixo pela janela, ou fazem o maior borburinho por causa de um barulho q saiu mais alto depois do horário, os banheiros não tem janela para ventilação, a única ventilação q tem vem de uma ventilação que fica no teto e faz o MAIOR barulho quando vc acende a luz, da única coisa que eu não posso reclamar é de alguns poucos vizinhos super simpáticos e porteiros super gente fina, enfim, não recomendo de jeito nenhum, fora que o condomínio é absurdo.
Certainly one of the worst places I've ever lived, a very cramped and poorly designed apartment, the parking lot has to alternate and you have to leave your car keys in the car for the car in the back to get yours, besides the apartments are very close to each other, so much so that in the hall to wait for the elevator on your floor, you can hear what happens in the other apartments, besides that some neighbors are super inconvenient and keep throwing garbage out the window, or make the biggest noise because of a noise it came out louder after hours, the bathrooms don't have windows for ventilation, the only ventilation comes from a vent that is on the ceiling and makes the MOST noise when you turn on the light, the only thing I can't complain about is the a few super friendly neighbors and super nice doormen, anyway, I don't recommend it at all, except that the condo is absurd.

O apartamento em si é ótimo, dependendo do lado que vc for morar, pq é extremamente grudado no condomínio do lado.
Condomínio mto caro e não oferece nada. Academia pobre de equipamentos.
Tem filhos? Esquece, as crianças não podem fazer barulho nenhum, pois os vizinhos são extremamente chatos. Os únicos "brinquedos" que tem, são pra bebês, em uma área descoberta, com mtoo vento.
Piscina, para 5 pessoas no máximo, e uma platéia de 4 prédios vizinhos assistirem..
Enfim, tudo questão de opinião e necessidade.
Wonderful neighborhood! Safe, everything close by.
The apartment itself is great, depending on which side you live, because it's extremely close to the condo next door.
Very expensive condo and offers nothing. Poor gym equipment.
Have children? Forget it, the kids can't make any noise, as the neighbors are extremely annoying. The only "toys" they have are for babies, in an open area, with a lot of wind.
Swimming pool, for 5 people maximum, and an audience of 4 neighboring buildings to watch..
In the end, it's all a matter of opinion and necessity.
