★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É muito BOM. No centro, perto de tudo. Bem construído com salão de festa lindo e aconchegante. Apartamento com ótimo tamanho e à varanda é a cereja do bolo.
 It's very good. In the center, close to everything. Well built with a beautiful and cozy party room. Apartment with great size and the balcony is the icing on the cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício bem localizado. Apartamentos grandes com aproximadamente 100m2. Os apartamentos possuem três dormitórios grandes e Varanda gourmet. O ponto negativo é que não possui área de lazer, somente um salão de festas pequeno.
Well located building. Large apartments with approximately 100m2. The apartments have three large bedrooms and gourmet Balcony. The downside is that it has no play area, only a small ballroom.
