★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio, parece um lugar tranquilo. Entretanto, foi a vizinhança mais hostil e sem educação que já vi na minha vida (olha que eu morei em muitos lugares diferentes). A administração é relapsa e omissa em relação à manutenção e conflito entre vizinhos. O prédio está totalmente abandonado, a área da piscina cheira graxa por causa da oficina/estacionamento que construíram ao lado do prédio. Além dos problemas citados, é um local extremamente barulhento devido a proximidade com a Av. Francisco Morato. Fujam desse condomínio!!!!
At first, it seems like a peaceful place. However, it was the most hostile and uneducated neighborhood I've ever seen in my life (I've lived in many different places). The administration is lax and silent in relation to maintenance and conflict between neighbors. The building is totally abandoned, the pool area smells of grease from the workshop/parking they built next to the building. In addition to the problems mentioned, it is an extremely noisy place due to the proximity to Av. Francisco Morato. Run away from this condo!!!!
