★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tinha produto de limpeza, box estava literalmente sujo, papel higiênico não deixaram nem se quer um rolo... Enfim, produtos que em todo local tem e aqui faltou ... Fora que o mínimo em um banheiro se deixa sabonete. Nem isso tinha! Por se tratar de um local de luxo, coisas básicas faltam. Do resto tudo certo.
There was no cleaning product, the shower was literally dirty, toilet paper didn't even leave a roll... Anyway, products that everywhere have and here were lacking... Apart from the minimum soap in a bathroom. Not even that! As it is a luxury place, basic things are lacking. Everything else is ok.

Observações:
1) banheiro - box sujo, azulujos com crostas pretas.
2) cozinha- falta utensílios completo para café da manhã , so tinha 2 garfos e 2 facas para refeição, não tem cafeteira e sanduicheira. Tem banca de passar roupa, mas não tem ferro.Unico produto que tinha
era um detergente para louça. O hospede tem comprar produto de limpeza? Escorredor de louça enferrujado, porta talheres imundo.
Para um espaço que foi passado como de luxo, ficou longe demais.
We stayed at 314, wonderful location, neighborhood logistics with 1st class services.
Comments:
1) bathroom - dirty shower, tiles with black crusts.
2) kitchen- lack complete utensils for breakfast, only had 2 forks and 2 knives for meal, no coffee maker and sandwich maker. There is an ironing board, but no iron. The only product I had
it was dishwashing detergent. Does the guest have to buy cleaning product? Rusty dish drainer, filthy cutlery holder.
For a space that was passed off as luxury, it's gone too far.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea next to the pool, has a gym, sauna. One block from Jatiuca beach. Very nice to walk along the shore.
