Não tenho críticas ao condomínio e sua administração, todos muito profissionais e prestativos, só tenho elogios aos funcionários desse condomínio.
Mas quanto ao APTO 505, por causa de uma IRRESPONSABILIDADE sofri a perda do meu pet, que caiu do 5o andar.
O apto é telado na sala e "no quarto", porém a janela do quarto é feita de alumínio e vidro, e a parte de alumínio é fixa, não se move, apenas a parte de vidro.
Então essa janela foi telada mas não de forma correta, a tela foi colocada só até uma parte da janela.
Num dia quente, a janela foi aberta pois havia a "segurança da tela de proteção", meu filhote de 3 meses subiu e andou até a parte desprotegida e despencou para a morte.
Tomem muito cuidado com seus pets e até mesmo com crianças, pois não é seguro. Fica aqui meu alerta.
THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT APT 505, NOT ABOUT THE CONDOMINIUM!
I have no criticisms of the condominium and its administration, all very professional and helpful, I only have praise for the employees of this condominium.
But as for APT 505, because of an IRRESPONSIBILITY I suffered the loss of my pet, which fell from the 5th floor.
The apartment is screened in the living room and "in the bedroom", however the bedroom window is made of aluminum and glass, and the aluminum part is fixed, it does not move, only the glass part.
So this window was screened but not correctly, the screen was placed only up to a part of the window.
On a hot day, the window was opened because there was the "safety screen", my 3 month old puppy climbed up and walked to the unprotected part and plummeted to his death.
Be very careful with your pets and even with children, as it is not safe. Here is my alert.
