Great view and close to everything !!! Market, butcher and just 300m from the sea.
Wind from the sea makes the apartment super airy and cool. I would buy one for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício novinho, ainda com algumas unidades pra vender, só os elevadores que deveriam ser um pouco maiores e menos apavorante eu tenho pavor de altura. Se tiverem condições comprem uma unidade nesse edifício os apartamentos são lindos.
Brand new building, still with a few units to sell, only the elevators that should have been a little bigger and less terrifying I am terrified of heights. If you are able to buy a unit in that building the apartments are beautiful.
