 Bad service, very high prices for a service that is not worth it, if it weren't for the neighborhood being good, bankruptcy would have gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo local. Bem localizado e o preço equivale ao tamanho do ambiente. Porém além das cláusulas do condomínio não cobrir , certas coisas. As manutenções são demoradas. E tem que perguntar todo dia ou nada se resolve.
Great location. Well located and the price equals the size of the environment. However, besides the condominium clauses it does not cover certain things. Maintenance is time consuming. And you have to ask every day or nothing gets resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aluguem gente. Tudo é difícil vc paga condomínio, mais pra pedir um reparo é difícil. Os apartamentos caindo aos pedaços parecem feito de barro, vc liga parece que tá pedindo favor as pessoas nunca te tratam bem.
Don't hire people. Everything is difficult you pay condominium, but asking for a repair is difficult. The falling apart apartments look like they're made of mud, you call it seems like you're asking for a favor, people never treat you well.

Very dangerous, it has no use, nobody helps, full of huge rats (they look like oxen), however, cheap, but it does nothing more than the obligation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dois armários caíram da parede por apodrecem pela infiltração. Como fico nesta poltrona lendo, pensem se os armários caíssem no meu corpo, o prejuízo seria talvez minha vida por negligencia alheia.
Empresa familiar sem o mínimo de bom senso, moro no ap 201 e solicitei troca ao ap 202 de mesmo proprietário, o sr Azevedo queria que eu pagasse $500.00 pela simples alteração de imóvel, mesmo sendo o 202 com aluguel mais alto. Moro há 18 meses aqui e até hoje o imóvel alaga em epoca de chuvas, sendo que já vieram 5x para arrumar. Não usam boleto bancário, só depósito em conta para pagamento, alusão à sonegação... Ser endinheirado é muito diferente de ser rico! Eu como corretor de seguros falei com o sr Azevedo sobre o seguro de tais imóveis, situação esta obrigatória conforme legislação vigente, e o mesmo encheu o peito e disse "nunca fiz seguro de nenhum imóvel, só dos meus 10 veículos!" Parabéns!!!

Family business without the least common sense, I live in ap 201 and I requested a change to ap 202 of the same owner, Mr Azevedo wanted me to pay $500.00 for the simple change of property, even though it was the 202 with the highest rent. I have lived here for 18 months and until today the property floods during the rainy season, and they have already come 5 times to fix it. They don't use bank slips, just deposit them in an account for payment, alluding to evasion... Being wealthy is very different from being rich! As an insurance broker, I spoke with Mr. Azevedo about insuring such properties, a situation that is mandatory according to current legislation, and he filled his chest and said "I never insured any property, only my 10 vehicles!" Congratulations!!!
