★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um edifício com padrões elevados, estacionamento pago para quem for consultar algum serviço médico ou qualquer outro no local, ladeira para estacionamento subterrâneo bem estreita para dois carros na ida e vinda, existe um totem para atendimento logo perto dos elevadores do subsolo na qual por um procedimento, a recepção te libera o acesso ao e elevador que funciona por meio de touch, conta também com um guichê de pagamento do estacionamento, na qual cobram 10 reais a hora, porém se achar caro, pode estacionar nas ruas ou próximo no parque Santos Dumond, pagando bem menos.
