★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio antigo, com muita fila nos elevadores. Além disso, o encanamento parece ser de ferro, e a água sai literalmente marrom das torneiras. Os únicos pontos positivos que vejo são a localização e a vista pra Serra do Curral.
 Old building, with a long line in the elevators. In addition, the plumbing appears to be made of iron, and the water literally flows brown from the taps. The only positive points I see are the location and the view to Serra do Curral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local para co-working, reuniões e serviço externo. Possui um andar específico para trabalhar de forma descontraída, além de lanchonete nesse mesmo andar e também fora do prédio (bar), nos arredores.
Excellent place for co-working, meetings and outside service. It has a specific floor to work in a relaxed way, in addition to a snack bar on the same floor and also outside the building (bar), in the surroundings.
