★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo lugar para morar e passar temporada... Fica a 2 quarentões da praia. O edifício sempre muito bem cuidado com manutenções periódica pela síndica. O prédio também conta com uma área de lazer no térreo como: deck, churrasqueira e piscina... O único porém é não ter elevadores, no entanto são só 4 andares... E também óh que coisas boa... Vc já amanhece o dia fazendo seu exercício físico de cada dia.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O apartamento é bem legal. É como mostra no site. A vista é linda. E fica bem pertinho da praia do futuro. Apesar de dizerem que o bairro é perigoso, achei super tranquilo nossas estadias lá. O valor ficou bastante em conta pois fomos em 4 casais. Foi super demais.
The apartment is really cool. It is as shown on the website. The view is beautiful. And it is very close to the beach of the future. Although they say the neighborhood is dangerous, I found it super quiet our stays there. The value was taken into account as we were in 4 couples. It was super too.
