★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bem localizado e implantado no terreno, com uma diversidade de usos próximos a região como o Dia, escola municipal, a proplastik, o D'Boa, loja de hidráulica, restaurantes, padaria, loja de construção, entre outros. A visual dos apartamentos é espetacular, sendo visível (dependendo do apartamento) uma visão do porto até a praia (mesmo que não em sua totalidade). O condomínio, apresenta ótimas áreas de lazer e possui ótimos porteiros muito amigáveis e eficientes em seu trabalho. O único aspecto negativo é quanto a estética do edifício, onde me incomoda o excesso de branco em sua fachada que impacta diretamente a cidade ao redor no quesito de reflexão da luz e cor, situação que poderia ser solucionado com diferentes materiais e cores dessaturadas na fachada.
Very well located and deployed on the ground, with a diversity of uses near the region such as the Day, municipal school, proplastik, D'Boa, hydraulics shop, restaurants, bakery, construction shop, among others. The view of the apartments is spectacular, being visible (depending on the apartment) a view of the port to the beach (even if not in its entirety). The condominium, has great areas of leisure and has great porters very friendly and efficient in their work. The only negative aspect is the aesthetics of the building, where it annoys me the excess of white in its facade that directly impacts the surrounding city in the question of reflection of light and color, situation that could be solved with different materials and colors desaturated in the facade .
