★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar excelente pra morar, perto de tudo, supermercados, feiras, igrejas, escolas e muito mais.Muitas fotos postadas não condizem com a realidade atual, pois o prédio já sofreu diversas mudanças, desde a portaria até a área de lazer na cobertura, onde se tem uma visão panorâmica do Rio Guamá.
Excellent place to live, close to everything, supermarkets, fairs, churches, schools and much more. Many photos posted do not match the current reality, as the building has undergone several changes, from the entrance to the rooftop leisure area, where if you have a panoramic view of the Guamá River.

Simple building aimed at singles or couples without children. Small but cozy building, well located, with 24 hour doorman, garage, electronic gate, 2 elevators, leisure area on the roof and an incredible view of the river.
