Ele tem boa quantidade de elevadores de modo que a espera é pequena; o estacionamento rotativo tem muitas vagas e sempre encontramos uma disponível embora o espaço para manobras seja pequeno. Gosto da lanchonete, os salgados são feitos na própria loja e são ótimos, especialmente o kibe. Existe um amplo banheiro público no térreo e me pareceu bem cuidado.
I have been in this building many times for medical appointments. It has a good number of elevators so the wait is short; the rotating parking lot has many spaces and we always find one available although the space for maneuvers is small. I like the cafeteria, the snacks are made in the store and are great, especially the kibe. There is a large public bathroom on the ground floor and it seemed well maintained.

As outras dependências não conheci.

Ressalto a Clínica Dr. Bismarck, tem excelente atendimento. Quem está em busca de tratamento para Otorrinolaringologia, super recomendo.
Há também Clínica de Cardiologia.
