★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto ao condomínio, que tem uma galeria comercial em seu acesso, só tenho a avaliar de forma péssima! Uma das lojas do edifício, tradicional papelaria do Largo do Machado, JLM Papelaria, tem saída e caixas que dão acesso para galeria. No dia 20/09/2018, ao sair desta loja, parei por uns momentos pouco antes da saída para usar meu telefone celular (por segurança para não usar na rua) e fui interpelado pelo funcionário do prédio que me informou ser proibido permanecer na galeria! Como isso é possível, se sou cliente do condomínio, indiretamente, por frequentar o comercio? Questionei o rapaz, que ironicamente e de forma debochada, se recusou a me fornecer o nome da Síndica. Lamentável conduta e regra absurda!

On 09/20/2018, when leaving this store, I stopped for a few moments just before leaving to use my cell phone (for safety not to use on the street) and was questioned by the building official who informed me that it was forbidden to stay in the gallery ! How is this possible, if I am a customer of the condominium, indirectly, by attending the trade? I asked the boy, who ironically and mockingly, refused to provide me with the name of the Manager. Regrettable conduct and absurd rule!
