Com toda a certeza vocês são o melhor restaurante que tem em todo o mundo, já comi de todos os restaurantes de hortolandia e vocês são os melhores, inclusive foi até um restaurante que indicou vocês para mim e eu amei, comida saborosa, quentinha, carnes maravilhosa, tempero perfeito, melhores preços...
Conheci vocês antes da pandemia e venho vendo a trajetória de vocês e sempre estão melhorando em tudo!!
Lugar bem higienizado e com álcool disponível.
Essa cozinheira tem uma mão abençoada, e eu desejo o melhor para vocês, sempre que vou no balcão sou bem atendida e quando peço para entrega também, atendentes bons e motoboys também.

Após 35minutos desisti e vim fazer o review. Ainda não tenho uma resposta, e achei muito desagradável toda a situação.
(EDIÇÃO): fui informado por eles que estavam sem um funcionário, por isso a demora. Pediram desculpas pelo transtorno. Mudei a avaliação de 1 para 3 estrelas.
I sent a message at 11:47. I had no response, I kept texting, I tried calling several times and they refused my calls.
After 35 minutes I gave up and came to review. I still don't have an answer, and I found the whole situation very unpleasant.
(EDIT): I was told by them that they were without an employee, hence the delay. They apologized for the inconvenience. I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não respondem whatsapp, ligo e eles desligam, tentando fazer o pedido com eles desde as 11 do dia de hj 18 de março de 2022 agora já são 12:10 nem me responderam, imagina a entrega?! Nao deve nem chegar ... Experiência horrível,não tento pedir mais.
Bad service, they don't answer whatsapp, I call and they hang up, trying to place the order with them since 11 on March 18, 2022 now it's 12:10 they didn't even answer me, imagine the delivery?! It shouldn't even arrive... Horrible experience, I don't try to ask for more.

Here's a place I'm PASSIONATE about. I love marmite. The place has a lot of delivery requests, so you have to order in advance or go pick it up on site, it only takes 15 min. But believe me, the taste is worth the wait.
