Porto seguro, apenas a 50 metros do terminal e ainda pode levar a chave. No dia do desembarque eles ajudam nas malas oferecem água e possuem uma cobertura para no proteger do sol ou da chuva!
Recomendo! Voltarei mais vezes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o estacionamento pelo proprio site do Estacionamento, e fomos muito bem atendidos, temos um filho com dificuldades, na hora viu q esqueceu o óculos, ficou nervoso, e o Estaciomento trouxe o carro de volta, e na mesma hora resolveu nosso problema, nos deram água, e nos trataram muito bem, os funcionários nos ajudaram a levar as bagagens no terminal, na volta não tivemos problemas, nos recepcionaram muito bem, e nos devolveram nosso carro em perfeito estado. Muito bom o serviço. Não temos o que reclamar.

Estacionamento não é enorme, mas o dono cuida de tudo, tem pessoal de suporte leva as malas, não necessita de VAN fica a 250Metros. Tem que fazer reserva e pagar seu lugar fica reservado. Quando da saída super organizado também, antes de atravessar já te pedem o bilhete e já tiram o carro nota 10!

Ao chegar ao Porto de Santos no terminal de passageiros, fui abordado por funcionários do estacionamento que estavam na rua angariando clientes, em principio desconfiei da idoneidade, só depois que fui com ele no local que fiquei um pouco mais tranquilo, no início ele cobrou R$ 250,00, após negociação deixou por R$ 200,00. Disse que iria no meu carro até o local de desembarque o que não aceitei e deixei o carro no estacionamento. Ao retornar da viagem de cruzeiro, fui informado que meu veiculo estava em outro lugar, esqueceram-se de mim, só depois que cobrei que foram buscar meu carro em outro lugar, ao entregarem, meu carro estava coberto de poeira, nítido que ficou no tempo. Não gostei do atendimento, funcionários mal preparados, sem controle nenhum, não fizeram vistoria nem na chegado e nem na saída. Funcionários sendo chamada a atenção na minha frente (cliente). Ao chegar em casa percebi que havia um óculo de sol feminino, no banco traseiro que não era meu e tão pouco da minha esposa, os tapetes traseiros sujos, demonstrou com isso que meu carro foi utilizado de transporte de funcionários. A única coisa boa foi à localização. Não recomendo este estacionamento a ninguém. Recomendo ir um pouco mais cedo ao Terminal de passageiros de Santos, deixar seu veiculo em um estacionamento no Centro da Cidade, em local coberto e você leva as chaves, é bem mais barato, local coberto ainda tem serviço de leva e trás.

When I arrived at the Port of Santos at the passenger terminal, I was approached by parking staff who were on the street to recruit customers, at first I suspected the suitability, only after I went with him to the place that I was a little quieter, at first he charged R $250.00, after trading left for $200.00. I said I would take my car to the arrivals place, which I didn't accept and left the car in the parking lot. Upon returning from the cruise trip, I was informed that my vehicle was elsewhere, they forgot about me, only after I had paid for it they went to pick up my car elsewhere, when they delivered, my car was covered with dust, which was clearly in the time. I didn't like the service, poorly prepared employees, with no control whatsoever, they didn't do any inspections on arrival or departure. Employees being called to attention in front of me (customer). When I got home I noticed that there was a female sunglasses, in the back seat that was not mine and neither my wife's, the dirty back mats, it showed that my car was used to transport employees. The only good thing was the location. I don't recommend this parking lot to anyone. I recommend going a little earlier to the Santos Passenger Terminal, leaving your vehicle in a parking lot in the City Center, in a covered place and you take your keys, it's much cheaper, covered place still has a shuttle service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, também fui abordado na rua, onde já na partida foi me cobrado R$200,00 sendo que no site estava o valor de R$39,00 a diária, como estava atrasado entreguei meu carro e paguei, na volta fui questionar a questão do preço e me disseram que o valor de R$39 era para reserva antecipada, sendo que no site não tem nada escrito. Outra coisa que achei estranho é que deixei meu carro na sexta a tarde e peguei na segunda feira e me disseram que cobraram R$50 reais por dia, porem meu carro não ficou nem 3 dias completos. Resumindo falta de opção as pessoas usam e abusam dos clientes, esse é o Brasil que vivemos, sempre querendo tirar vantagens das pessoas.

Paguei adiantado o estacionamento para deixar o carro no período do dia 02/01/2022 a 09/01/2022, o cruzeiro foi cancelado e o estabelecimento não devolveu o meu dinheiro. Não dão nenhum retorno. A recomendação é que não paguem nada adiantado neste estacionamento.
