★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a editora a procura de um livro e me informaram que tinham o livro que o valor era de $48,00, me desloquei de Caucaia debaixo de chuva para ir comprar o livro, chegando lá na editora por surpresa uma funcionária simplesmente olhou pra mim e disse que não tinha o livro. Como pode? Informações contrárias. Por telefone disseram que tinha, pessoalmente não tinha. Absurdo, falta de compromisso e desrespeito ao consumidor, empresa vagabunda.
 I called the publisher looking for a book and they informed me that they had a book worth $ 48.00, I went from Caucaia under the rain to buy the book, arriving at the publisher by surprise, an employee simply looked at me and said he didn't have the book. How can you? Contrary information. Over the phone they said he had, personally he didn't. Absurd, lack of commitment and disrespect to the consumer, a vagabond company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência não tão agradável, editoras têm suas vendas "garantidas" e não ligam muito para clientes que chegam em sua loja, passei inacreditáveis 15 minutos parado em frente ao balcão de pedidos enquanto a atendente fazia outra coisa(ela não me notou), até aí pode acontecer, o pior mesmo é dezenas de pessoas passando por você e ninguém lhe perguntar nada.
Not so pleasant experience, publishers have their sales "guaranteed" and don't care much about customers who arrive at their store, I spent an unbelievable 15 minutes standing in front of the order counter while the clerk did something else (she didn't notice me), until then it can happen, the worst thing is dozens of people passing you and no one asking you anything.
