I bought the material for my children in January and so far nothing. I came to the headquarters to complain and they didn't let me in, they said I should make contact via SAC. my children are out of material since the beginning of classes.

Como não há a possibilidade de comprar o exemplar em uma livraria física, meu filho está indo as aulas sem o livro, apesar de ter comprado com a antecedência necessária para o início das aulas… uma verdadeira decepção!
I bought textbook for my son through the website, but they don't deliver and they don't clarify the reason. As it is not possible to buy the copy in a physical bookstore, my son is going to classes without the book, despite having bought it in advance for the start of classes… a real disappointment!
