★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente desde que abriu essa unidade na 17 de agosto, e sempre realizei os exames de minha familia( convênio e particular), pois as funcionárias antigas eram extremamente cuidadosas, educadas , acredito que durante a pandemia elas foram afastadas, ou está sob nova administração, que está PÉSSIMA . Semana passada, fui maltratada, pela funcionária que entrega as senhas, uma jovem extremamente rude. Tinha este laboratório como um local de confiança, onde me sentia acolhida, hj não mais , estou muito triste, passei além de tudo um constrangimento.
Na época de hj temos várias opções para coleta laboratorial , o que define a escolha é o atendimento. Não volto mais lá e desaconselho tanto aos amigos , quanto aos meus pacientes.
I have been a customer since opening this unit on August 17th, and I have always carried out my family's exams (private and private), as the former employees were extremely careful, polite, I believe that during the pandemic they were removed, or are under new management , which is TERRIBLE. Last week, I was mistreated by the employee who hands over the passwords, an extremely rude young woman. I had this laboratory as a place of trust, where I felt welcomed, hj no more, I am very sad, I went through an embarrassment.
At the time of today we have several options for laboratory collection, which defines the choice is the service. I don't go back there anymore and advise against both friends and my patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laboratório é ótimo, mas o atendimento antes da coleta é o mais demorado que já vi. As atendentes são super lentas, conversam entre si, acionam mais de um guichê para aprovação de exame, o que não existe porque só tem 5 guichês de atendimento.
The lab is great, but the service before collection is the longest I've ever seen. The attendants are super slow, they talk to each other, they activate more than one counter for exam approval, which does not exist because there are only 5 service counters.

Liguei para o laboratório perguntando sobre a confirmação do agendamento falei com Jaqueline que disse que a moça estava no meu portão. Me desloquei várias vezes ao local . Gritei no portão todas as quatro vezes que fui verificar a sua chegada. Ela permanecia dentro
do carro Deveria vir com sombrinha e capa em dias chuvosos. Total descaso com a paciente.
. Não apareceu nenhuma vez. Cancelei a coleta. Indignada com tal procedimento.Descaso. Nunca mais utilizarei os serviços desse laboratório. Espero que tenham cancelado junto ao plano de saúde pois os exames não foram coletados.
