★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é otimo mas, as pessoas têm que ter cuidado ao comprar as passagens pq eles não falam todas as informações que precisa eu comprei duas passagens aproveitei a ida na volta perdi o voo é não pude aproveitar a passagens pra pagar a diferença pq a passagem já não servia de nada tive que arruma outro meio pra poder voltar pra casa, na hora que me venderam me falaram que SE eu perdesse o voo eu tinha que pagar a diferença e não consegui fazer isso, quando é agora fui lá pra solicitar o reembolso que é de 50% disseram que não tenho direito.
The service is great but people have to be careful when buying the tickets because they do not speak all the information they need I bought two tickets I took the round trip I missed the flight and I could not take the tickets to pay the difference because the ticket I did not do anything I had to find another way to go home, the time I was sold, they told me that IF I lost my flight I had to pay the difference and I could not do that, when I did I went there to request a refund which is 50% said I have no right.
